Recently, we had the pleasure of visiting Richard and the team at Neve Builders on their impressive new build project. We delivered practical, hands-on training with our multifunction airtight tape, with a strong focus on achieving reliable and durable seals around cavity closers.One of the standout features our Technical Manager Ben demonstrated was the innovative back slit (split-liner) design of the tape. This clever feature makes application significantly smoother and more precise on site.

- Ideal for tricky junctions, transitions, and detailed work
- Creates a continuous, airtight bond without gaps or lifting

- Saves valuable time on site and reduces the risk of costly air leakage issues later
The training allowed Richard and the Neve Builders team to practice real-world detailing techniques that help deliver superior airtightness, improved energy efficiency, and full compliance with current building standards.Sealing critical junctions such as cavity closers not only prevents moisture problems but also ensures the full thermal benefit of the insulation is realised. For projects requiring intelligent moisture management, we also supply variable SD airtight membranes and tapes that allow controlled diffusion toward the external side of the building envelope.
