Triotherm+

blaugelb Triotherm+ Profiles form the structural element of the Triotherm+ pre-wall installation system, enabling windows and doors to be securely installed within the façade insulation layer. The profiles extend the masonry opening to create a strong, dimensionally stable mounting surface while transferring installation loads reliably back into the load-bearing structure.

Manufactured from high-density EPS, Triotherm+ combines structural performance with a low thermal conductivity of 0.0375 W/m·K. This enables thermally isolated load transfer and helps minimise thermal bridges created by the structural fastening of windows and doors, allowing the profiles to integrate effectively within the insulation zone of the façade.

The profiles are lightweight, moisture resistant and permanently dimensionally stable. Their positive-locking dovetail design allows profiles to be joined continuously with minimal waste, while the material can be easily cut and machined on site. Window frames can also be screwed into the profiles without pre-drilling, helping simplify and accelerate installation.

Triotherm+ also creates level sealing flanks for regulation-compliant window and door connection joints and forms part of the tested blaugelb Triotherm+ pre-wall installation system. The profiles are 100% recyclable, HBCD-free, tested to EMICODE® EC1 Plus and Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver.
