FRIC-LO® 2020 5M Instant Friction Reduction Tape

Fric-Lo® 2020 5M is a highly engineered pressure-sensitive friction reduction tape designed for critical applications where movement between components requires a durable, low-friction interface.

Once applied, Fric-Lo® creates an instant abrasion-resistant, anti-stick and anti-friction surface. Its hardwearing backing combines with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive to provide a practical solution where components need to move against one another while minimising friction and surface wear.

With an operating temperature range from -40°C to +107°C, tensile strength of 70 N/cm and elongation of 350%, Fric-Lo® 2020 5M is designed to maintain performance across demanding applications.

The product is supplied with a blue filmic release liner which protects the adhesive during production and storage and removes easily during installation. Fric-Lo® can be cut using standard scissors and is available from Lynvale as finished rolls or bespoke die-cut gaskets.
