We spent considerable time dialling in the exact power requirements, blade speeds, and a very specific blade profile. There were plenty of offcuts that ended up in the skip — rough edges, burning, and melting were common issues before we finally got it right.

Our floating moving bed allows the material to glide smoothly through the blade, while adjustable guides ensure we can cut to your exact width requirement. We hold extensive stock in thicknesses from 20mm to 100mm in 10mm increments, giving you a wide range of options with fast turnaround times.
