The beauty of this machine is that we can cut 1 part upwards and the size limitations are amazingly up-to 1.8M wide x virtually any length imaginable.
The machine will kiss cut shapes onto a backing paper or film, will strip away waste or leave it intact or can simply cut through making individual components. This has proved to be invaluable for very small production runs and Pre Production Trials before Customers choose to go-ahead with Flat Bed or Rotary Die Cutting Tooling (these processes being faster for larger production runs).

You may, for example, wish to produce a large piece of coloured vinyl with your Company Name and Logo and our Plotter Cutting System will allow you to do this. The parts would be supplied to you ready to use. You would simply need to remove the backing film and apply the logo!It is very unusual to be able to buy Double Sided Foam Tape Die Cuts kiss cut onto a backing film say 1.3M wide x 400mm high and have the waste removed but this is exactly what we can do on the Plotter Cutting Machine. You could have individual shapes using one of our Double Sided Foam Tapes Cut onto a backing paper with all waste material stripped away ready to apply.
